BJP should drop Uniform Civil Code from its Election Manifesto and move towards fulfilling Jana Sangh’s promise of repealing Hindu Code Bills and implement a framework where in the practises and customs of not only the Vanavasis but all Indigenous Peoples of India are recognised and enforceable.
Particular section in Constitution on Uniform Civil Code should also be removed permanently.
